Gays in the City was a concept that a good friend introduced to me back in 2014, I took his advice, and I started to create the website out of boredom to begin with. I had no idea what to expect, and through the years I learn a great deal about websites and the gay community. So a massive thanks to Ian. Some language used on the blogs is not intended to offend but to provoke, maybe and break the stereotypes of a gay man.

I then realise I have some responsibility and some are positive and other negative . It is OK when an article inspire someone positive but if it is negative haw can I take this big responsibility and the blame for someone I don’t even know.

I study criminology and psychology I end up with a masters in criminal law and currently I chase my big dream for a research degree PhD in criminology. I am not an expert but I do understand human behaviour . I also practice my counselling diploma.

Still I find it hard to take responsibility for actions beyond my control. What do I do, should i stop creating content for the website or give up?

I am many things some good some bad one thing I am not is a quitter, I refuse to give up an project I start. Too stubborn to take advice or quit. I will deal with anything comes my way and this website reflects my character and the value I have for life itself.

Life as beautiful as it is often gets a little ugly, it is us who make it ugly and us to make it right. Taking responsibility is a sign of intelligence. You have knowledge of your actionsand the outcomes. It is wise to think before you speak, one word can destroy a life.
